Where we deliver
We currently deliver photobooks within Nairobi. We plan to add other cities soon.
Delivery times
We deliver between 7 am and 10 pm, Nairobi time. You choose from the available delivery times at checkout. Each order needs at least 6 hours' notice. If 6 hours from when you order falls outside our delivery hours, the earliest delivery is 7 am the next morning. We will contact you if your order is delayed.
Delivery costs
Delivery is included in the price of a photobook, so there is no separate delivery charge at checkout. Delivery of other work is confirmed in your quote.
Safe delivery
We guarantee safe delivery. If your order is lost before it reaches you, we refund the amount you paid.
Your delivery details
Please check your address and phone number before paying. The courier uses the phone number you give us to arrange delivery. To change your details, contact us before your order is sent out.
If delivery cannot be completed
If the courier cannot reach you or deliver to your address, we will contact you to arrange another delivery.
Problems with delivery
If your order is late, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us. Our refund and returns policy explains what happens next.
